New PCs with Windows XP?

I tried Windows Vista and I think it sucks ass. I've been trying to look for a new PC that doesn't have it but I haven't had any luck. Can someone please gimme a link to some site which still sells PCs with good ol' XP?

2. Build PC
3. Install Windows 2000 SP4 and tune it until it's decent
4. Install Kubuntu or Xubuntu on dual boot for real work
