Hooking television as second moniter.

I'm trying to hook up my tv to my Radeon 9550 video card.(128)

The screen shows up, but it scrolls down fast, and is black and white.

I think it's on PAL settings, I need NTSC.

If it doesn't work, you can also run Opera from your Wii.
