Force a Program to Close

I need a program or some method that will force a program to close, period. For when times when End Task just isn't enough, to the point where even when I try to shut down it'll hang indefinitely because a program refuses to close. I've tried Killbox, that's not cutting it. Is there any other program out there with a little bit more muscle to MAKE a program quit no matter what?

Instead of using EndTask, go to the process and use End Process. That will always work, unless you are trying to close a process started by SYSTEM.
