Temperature Reader/Fan Controller

Name: Anonymous 2007-02-18 15:59

Can anybody direct me to a laptop component temperature/fan controller program for a Dell Inspiron system?

I've tried I8KfanGUI, and while it does work wonders, it's giving me a Windows startup problem that I can't keep letting happen.  Which is why I need another program that can do the same thing basically.

Opera takes a lot less resources than Firefox or MSIE. By using exclusively this browser, your fans will never have to kick in!

I've tried Opera, sucks about as hard as IE. Additionally, the fan hit over 9000rpm before.
