extreact flash frames

Been looking around google for this, but can't find it, but I remember someone mentioning it a few months ago here.

It's a program that takes a flash file (.swf) and extracts each frame as a image. Anyone know where to get such a program?
I've found programs that extract the files and images used in the file, but those images are just seperate images, not a whole frame.
