Unknown PC threat...

Hello, /computers/. I recently found myself with a bit of a problem. Every few minutes, no matter what applications I'm running, two command prompt windows will pop up, one after the other, then vanish in less than one second. The path cited in the command prompt windows reads (after many attempts to screen-cap one):

C:\Windows\System32\DLH9JK~4.exe

Whatever this problem is, it seems to be painfully slowing my internet connection. Anybody have any ideas?
