Which/What to buy for my Ethernet?

Ok,

i would like to do a 12 person xbox systemlink, with 2 360's and 1 xbox.
i have 3 ethernet cables,
i have 3 T.V's
i have 3 copies of the game.,

i have everything needeed except! a ethernet router/hub

now, my budget is £35 ,  am willing to buy somethng with crappy proformance, aslong as it works.
but i dont want to spend my money on something that will not work, now,  which ethernet hub should i buy?  links plz.
