Upload speed decrease

4chan I need help! I'm on Optimum Online broadband connection, and I usually get good download/upload speeds. I can usually upload as fast as 130KB/s, but lately my upload speed has dropped to maximum 14KB/S. I was wondering why Utorrent suddenly slows down my whole internet connection, and through connection speed tests, i found out that my Upload speed has dropped a whole lot. I am also on a Linksys router if it matters. This has not happened before. Help appreciated!

Yah, but the problem is not just the Utorrent. In general, my Upload speed has dropped by like 10x.
