Use XPMC Drivers on XP?

Has anyone heard of any kind of emulation layer or something that can allow someone on XP pro/home to use a driver ment for XP Media Center? I got a TV tuner and surprise, surprise the manufacturer ONLY supplies Media Center drivers.
