I call this Barely Naked, because I didn't remove everything. This disc was carefully made using vLite 0.8 beta. It is fully tested, installs fast, and it runs like a dream machine!
Note: Even though I left all the default drivers on the disc, make sure you find Vista drivers for your hardware, just in case Vista doesn't have all your drivers.
This disc was made from the Windows Vista RTM Build 6000 [MSDN] DVD using vLite 0.8 beta. This is the Ultimate Edition slimmed down...way down! It's not even considered Ultimate Edition any longer, so if you're looking for a Vista with Media Center feature, games, screensavers, etc. then...go look elsewhere. This disc was made entirely for people who don't want all the CENSORED!

Notes:
When testing this, I performed a clean install by booting with the DVD, formatted the C partition, then installed Vista. I'm not sure if you can use this to upgrade Windows XP. You can try, but I wouldn't recommend it. I would backup all your stuff and perform a clean install. It's better that way.
When installing Vista, un-check the "Automatically Activate Windows" feature. Read the instructions for the Timer crack [included on the disc in the CRACK folder]. The Timer crack works great!!!

Instructions:
1. Extract the first .rar file with WinRAR, and the rest will follow. You will end up with an ISO file.
2. Burn the ISO file to DVD using Alcohol 120%.
3. Read the "Instructions" file located in the CRACK folder on the disc before installing!!!
4. Perform a clean install by booting with the DVD, format the hard drive or C partition, then install Vista. Make sure your BIOS is set to boot from the DVD-Rom drive first, then the hard drive second.
5. Enjoy!
