Dear LazyWeb,
I have recently come into possession of two identical, but very curious pieces of RAM. Their pins are as follows:
16 pins | Notch | 62 pins | Notch | 22 pins
There are pins on both sides. The front side has 8 memory chips and the back has 9. The memory chips appear to be Micron 48LC8M8A2-8E. Due to the extra chip on one side, I conjecture it is ECC.
The pin configuration is like nothing I've seen and won't fit into anything. I'm told it's from some sgi stuff, but WTF is this type of RAM?
