torrents: forcing peers to send you contract

Name: Anonymous 2007-01-12 13:31

giving you permission to share their copyrighted work. and have the tracker require anyone contacting it to submit a similar contract. would something like this completely remove any copyright infringement on your part?

example,
you are on a torrent for "The Departed". you & the tracker require anyone who connects to you to send the following message before any transfers occur:
I, as the copyright holder or agent of the copyright holder of "The Departed", give <ip address> permission to possess & distribute <filenames>

i figure even if the agent doesn't have the right to give this permission, since they work for the copyright holder you can accept their statement on good faith and have no liability based on it.
if you went to someone's house and their butler falsely said you are allowed to use the master's car, the master can later stop you from using it but in no way would you be guilty of stealing the car.
