Japanese font downloads

Does anyone know how I can download Japanese font packs so it shows on my computer? My computer used to show me a pop-up offering to download it but I checked the "never show this again" box and never downloaded it. I run Windows XP if that helps. I just want to be able to see the characters instead of rectangles where the characters should be.
