Sound card problems

Just curious, but late at night the sound on my computer becomes distorted/stops and when I slap my laptop, it goes back to normal, unless I press back down on that spot. Is my sound card failing/melting? It's okay for most of the day though.

no, you only need to stop masterbating on your laptop at night, that would probably solve the problem
