Managing system processes, cleaning comp

Name: Sol 2007-01-03 2:49

Alright, so I figure it's time for some long-overdue cleaning up of my comp.

First thing I notice is that the processes listed in task manager are around 60; and I vaguely recall hearing that about 20-30 or so is standard. So that's a priority at the moment.

Anyone have any recomendations for a sort of process manager or somethin', or am I just gonna have to manually remove the unnessisary ones cloggin' up my memory?

On a similar note, any recomendations on free software you use to help regulate and monitor your machine would help. I already have one for managing registry keys.

In before delete system32, faggots screaming to change to another OS, oprah, etc.
