So I might buy an old graphics card for a standardized computer I'm building, so far all I have is an NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 Ultra for it, but my friend offered me his ATI Radeon 9200. And I need your help, I can't seem to figure out which one is better, can anybody help me? Thanks.

Seriously, don't bother getting any GeForce FX or any ATI 9xxx that's not the 9800 Pro.
If low on budget, consider GeForce 6600GT, GeForce 6800 AGP (which you can turn to 6800 GT), GeForce 7600.
