i was just coming here to post this. it would be like a darknet 4chan. no more server costs. high encryption. anonimity. to find each other we can just post small torrents on a public trackers. that torrent could be the very program you need to run.
hell, we might be able to just write an azureus plugin.
each client just passes along the most recent threads its seen(how does the comment/rating system or chat work with azureus?)
