Place to Sell My Laptop

I need a good place to put my laptop up for sale/auction. I tried eBay twice, and both times some asshole won the bid, so I couldn't give anyone else the invoice, then he gives me a fake email telling me I have new funds in my paypal. Usually the email is 'customercontactlink@emailaccount.com' or something. Anyway, where else could I try?
