Is tehere any smart way to have a dvd with an encrypted iso9660 fs which decrypted on the fly? I tried truecrypt which is really good, but asks me to burn a encrypted fs on a file to the dvd, and it's a pain to mount it everytime i want to change dvd. is there some way to do it without mount/unmounting? (ie: windows automount?)

You shouldn't be accessing encrypted shit in Windows period. Temp files everywhere, RAM slack, etc, etc, etc.
