GET YOUR DHCP ON

I'm running linux 2.6.17 as a internet gateway/router.  I'm handing out IPs using udhcpd.  It doesn't seem to allow me to run a program when a lease is granted and then when one expires.

I need this to set up port forwarding with DHCP. 

Can anyone recommend a good DHCP with this feature, if one exists.
