How do I fix my 3D?

So. Anytime I play anything or use anything with 3d, anything 3d looks choppy and blocky.

I have am NVIDIA GeForce2 MX400 card.

I already tried deleting the system 32 files.
What do I do?

But have you tried www.opera.com?

Update drivers?
