What anti virus software should i install on my new pc? Until now, ive allways used antivir personal edition classic. But some people told me, its not realy good. How about AVG Anti Virus instead?

AVG is no longer going to be free this upcoming Jan 2007.

Are there any other freeware antivirus suites that don't suck?  I liked AVG, though, I actually might pay for it because it's not a fucking memory hog like Norton.  But, still... I'm cheap.

AVG 7.0 is being discontinued. AVG 7.5 is free, just need to redownload instead of updating through AVG.
