I'm considering blowing a few hundred bucks and upgrading my PC. Whats the word on the street about prices or new releases? Should I be waiting a month or buy now? Mind you i'm on a $500 budget for the mobo/cpu/v-card/ram since im still on a socket A mobo, AGP and 2600+ Proc and all.
If now's the right time to buy, anyone got any suggestions for the core package?
I've got an ATI Card right now thats got some damage and ATI said I can either replace it or trade it up. Think a Radeon X1650 512MB PCIE is worth $170, or is there something better in the sub $200 range?
