Taking pictures with MPC

How come when I'm watching DVDs w/MPC and try taking a picture it the results are squished? How to fix?

open with mspaint, and stretch the image to the proper resolution. Probably about 720x480 give or take.

I mean is there a setting somewhere on mpc to fix it?

127.0.0.1 is the standard IP address used for a loopback network connection. This means that if you try to connect to 127.0.0.1, you are immediately looped back to your own machine.
