Bad caps showing up recently?

has anyone noticed an upswing in bad capacitors on computer motherboard? I remeber that bad batch a few years (maybe a year or two) ago.  Are some of these finally showing up again?

Anyone else notice it too?

How many data points are you basing this on?

Yeah, people are writing in ALL CAPS.

I've had the occasional one at work (a couple out of 200 or so machines, probably due in part to overheating when the dumbass users piled books and papers around the vents), but nothing like as bad as the boards at the height of the epidemic - almost all our four and five year-old machines are dead, dying or already parted out as a result of bad caps.
