Installing Korean Language Pack

Hey. I want to install a korean language pack so I can see korean text in a game(korean silkroad online to be specific) (instead of just question marks and gibberish. So if anyone could help me out on this, I'd be grateful.

Note: I've tried installing the ie.ko thing from the mircosoft website.

you'll need a windows disc for this
Control Panel > regional & language options > Languages > check both boxes for complex script languages and east asian languages.  once they're installed you gotta go to the Advanced page and set the non-Unicode language display to Korean or whatever, this needs a restart.
