2 ISPs?

Me and my roommate agreed on trying Roadrunner Cable, but it blows ass. It's unstable as hell and every time one of us tries downloading something, it slows the other one down (Linksys router).

Is it possible for me to get a separate ISP on the same phone line? If not, is there a way to configure the router so only a certain amount of bandwidth goes through one port?

No, and Yes respectively. Either you or your roommate would need to be somewhat of a computer geek to really be able to configure it as such.

Assuming neither of you are that computer savvy, I suggest finding your local nerd to do it for you.
