F2 doesn't work on startup

Hey /comp/, whenever I try to edit my BIOS on my Inspiron 1100 on startup by pressing F2, nothing happens. This is weird because I've always been able to do it before. I have never opened up my notebook and fucked with it physically. Why won't it respond now?

Everything else is fine with my computer.
