Yeah so I need a program that can make key macros, like for example when I press F1 it executes Alt+F4 instead. The more other similar/related features it has the better.

Windows sux for key macros, needs registry edits. Better to use a real operating system instead of a Mickey Mouse on anyway: linux, freeBSD or even MacOS for Christ's sake
