Router trouble

Quick question. Do you know of any sites or programs that can detect the make of a router?

I've checked the casing, the config pages, even the short instructional booklet that came with it, but nothing with a make or model number appears. it's pretty shitty, and i'm trying to figure out some stuff with it

Or any help setting up a DMZ.
it asks for
IP Address of Local DMZ Host          192.     168.     1.     X
IP address of Public DMZ host

what should the second one contain?
