Creating a Printserver?

Okay, I have a Lexmark printer (with a built-in NIC) that I'd like to have shared throughout the house. However, I don't want to connect a computer to it to use it. Are there any tutotrials (I couldn't find any useful ones) that instruct how to do this? Or can anyone here give me a hand?

2. Connect printer and each PC to hub
3. Run printer's installer disc on each PC
4. ???
