Need more volume

I have a slight problem, I have a rather new microphone, but on every teamspeak/ventrilo server I go on, everyone can barely hear me. I've got the +20db boost on and the outbound volume maxed. Are there any 3rd party programs you know of that'll boost your volume mic volume?
