Save Image Doesn't Work on MPC

I've been trying to save some screencaps from Media Player Classic using Ctrl+I but every time I try it a window would pop up which says "GetCurrentImage failed, hr = 8000ffff". Is there a way to fix this?

I've encountered this before. You need to change the output renderer - change the renderer in Options > Playback > Output. Set the renderer to VMR-9 (renderless).
