Save Image Doesn't Work on MPC

I've been trying to save some screencaps from Media Player Classic using Ctrl+I but every time I try it a window would pop up which says "GetCurrentImage failed, hr = 8000ffff". Is there a way to fix this?

I think the easiest way is to play your file in Media Player Classic and press F5 when you want to make captures
