This is only of use on a computer where the user has access to a local administrator-level account, or if they are in the administrators group on a domain. Only your own home PC or a *very* badly set-up corporate/academic LAN will let you do this. It is still useless crap that will never work in the real world, and its only purpose is to make kiddies think they're clever by "hacking" their friends' PCs. There are far better ways to elevate your privileges than this Fisher-Price My First Hacker shit.
