best isa video card

I was wondering what is the best isa video card i could buy at this time , im planning on buying one but i cant buy any pci or agp or pciexpress because is and old motherboard forgot to mention i have and old nvidiageforce 4000 already instaled here so what upgrade should i go for s3 or 3dfx and specs to look for please

i have a fuckload of em and cant find a working driver for any of the ramdacs.

3dfx = voodoo magical win.

Cirrus Logic also make decent ISA boards that are generaly well supported.

Im talking from both a windows and an x11 perspective.
