Weird firefox problem

Name: Anonymous 2006-10-23 13:01

in before www.opera.com, www.linux.org, www.ubuntu.com, www.debian.org, www.microsoft.com, www.4chan.org, winfag, lunix fanboy, blah blah Mac $9999 please, etc.

I fixed it, but I don't know how.  Any theories?  Might need to fix it again.  You guys are smart (when you want to be) Here is what happened:

- Saved Firefox settings (it was in F:\Documents and Settings[my username]\Application Data\Mozilla; I copied the whole folder)
- Installed new hardribr - ok
- Installed WinXP - ok
- Installed Firefox - ok
- Copied folder back.  All was working well, extensions and all.
- Decided I wanted to move my account folders (all of them) to a different partition
- Edited registry to do this - ok, but didn't run any programs yet.
- OK, I really wanted my Firefox settings to apply to a different account that is a limited account, so I moved those settings (moved from E:\mount\user[username]\settings\Mozilla ro E:\mount\user[limited-username]\settings\Mozilla) to the settings folder for that account.  Keep in mind this is a limited (non-admin) account
- Firefox comes up, but extensions don't load.  Clicking on Options button in extensions window freezes Firefox
- Reinstalled one extension (1Click-Weather)
- All extensions now work.

WTF?
