I just reinstalled xp and it fucked up my HD.
I've 2 partitions on one disk, the first one's fat32 with win98, the other's ntfs with winxp. Thing is that I've reinstalled xp before and everything went okay.
This time though, my ntfs partition got corrupted, I can't access half the folders and all the archives are corrupted. Most of the images are okay though, but everything else is unreadable.
The odd thing is that half the archives on the fat32 partition got corrupted as well, and some mp3's became... mangled?
So um, what could have caused this? Is it a HD failure?
