$1000 gaming notebook

Needs NOT:
-big hdd
-dvd burner
-big screen
-fancy stuff

Most of the cash should be directed to cpu, ram and vga (items, I believe, are vital for running heavier games).

Store with international delivery is a big plus (I'm out of the US).
