install firefox theme from disk

I have a firefox theme saved to my drive. How can i install it? I know how to install a theme from the official FireFox website, when it prompts...but how can i do it from my local disk?

I'm on ubuntu 6.06LTS if it matters.

put firefox on spare hard drive, connect hard drive, move setup to your desktop, then run it.

drag it into the firefox window
