Router being retarded

So, I'm trying to forward the port that uTorrent uses so that my download speeds will supposedly suck considerably less. So, it links me to this website that walks me through it. Problem being that the IP it claims is the default isn't working. Firefox tries to load for a good minute or so before giving up.

So, is the IP changed from the default? Or is there some sort of access protection? WTF's going on here?

NEEDS MOAR FORWARDED PORTS.
