protected "My Documents"

I wanted to get some files that i left at My Documents folder from another windows. The folder is protected. Can i read it somehow?

protected as in acl protected or protected as in encrypted protected

if it is just acl protected google ntfsdos, learn some dos, and gtfo, or www.ubuntu.com, etc.

if it is encrypted protected you should hold a funeral for your datas
