��� Characters

I have the east language, and all those language packs installed on my new installation of XP Pro SP2 but still see this fucking symbol occasionally on Japanese pages.

Never had the problem before and don't know how to fix it since I have all the fucking language packs installed.

Also tried Googling "�" and it can't process the character.

Set up a default font for whatever the fuck language the page is in and you'll shit bricks
