Memory dumper

wondering if there was something that cleans out your memory while the computer is running. like if you've had your comp running for a while,and shit has built up and the computer is getting sluggish, you can dump your memory w/o rebooting... anyone know of something like that?

It way have helped with Win9*. Doing it with 2k or up is plain stupidity.

In fact, doing it 2k and up is bullshit and marketing lies.
