so... im running Windows XP Media Center and i cant figure out how to get rid of the download limiter... like... it chocks anything higher than 2 seperate downloads... how do i change that to let me download 20+ seperate files at once?

anything, IE, Firefox, Shareaza, any one program can have no more than two download sessions open at a time
