FTP server

How do I set up an FTP server in Windows server 2003? I forwarded the ports and all on my router, but I can't seem to be able to connect to the ftp server from outside my local area network.

Hi thanks for answering. I am configuring Firezilla right now and I have a few questions. Firstly, how do I blcok all china ips? Is there a way of knowing where an ip address comes from and automatically block them?

Secondly, my dad installed some crappy Motorrola Digital Phone Adaptor thingy between the modem and the router. I know I have to forward the ports on both the DPA and the router, but I don't know what I should forward. Do I forward ports 57343-57365 to 192.168.0.120 on the router and the same ports to my router on the DPA? And TCP or UDP?
