I have been having trouble with my computer lately, I have acquired a "GeForce 7600 GT (OC)"
And I have acquired a game named Fable The Lost Chapters. The two seem not to like each other. Are there any Patches or does anyone have any info on my troubles?

A quick search using Google revealed that what's happening to you is most likely becuse your GPU is overclocked. Lower your clock and it'll supposedly stop closing.
Do try google first next time.

Don't overclock stuff unless you know what you're doing, and if you do, and you have trouble, assume it's due to overclocking and don't bother asking. First revert the clock speed, then reproduce the problem, then we can talk.

Way to not understand factory OC guyz.
Try looking around the nvnews forums to see if anyone else had the same issue.
Also, what brand is the card? I have 2 XFX 7600GTs, the UDD3 models clocked at 590/1600, my wife has one, with the stock cooler, and mine has a Zalman VF900cu. Both are completely stable.
Not all cards are stable with their factory OC though, so you might want to try underclocking it, if you can't find an obvious software issue.
