it wont, that motherboard looks like it uses a springclip to hold down the nb cooler, like most intel boards - while the water cooler uses spring mounts, as are used on most amd boards.
Just get a decent passive nb cooler, watercooling doesnt seem like it'd be worth it

You don't need to watercool your northbridge.Just get a decent heatsink, and have good case cooling.
