Why I love Gentoo:
Choice, that's all there is to it.  If I wanna fuck with my CFLAGS and be a ricer, I can fuck with my CFLAGS and be a fuckin ricer.  If I wanna have compatibility with ever x86 in existence, I can damned well have full x86 compatibility.  If I wanna be a bastard and make a system only I can use, I can go damned well and make a system only I can use.  Also, I can be a bastard and only use open source apps until I find that the app I want aint got an Open Source alternative/version.

And don't even get me started on USE.
