BIOS Update made my computer die

Tech time once again, currently I am forced to use my sisters Mac Laptop due to my failed BIOS Flash on my computer. I was wondering, WTF COULD THE PROBLEM POSSIBLY BE?! I did EVERYTHING by the book on flashing my BIOS, but when it was done writing everything my computer with no hesitation what-so-ever just happens to blank out and shut off.

/g/I'm sick of this terrible computer and it's problems, so please, help me.
